1. No Refund Policy

Astrology consultations
Horoscope readings
Kundli analysis
Spiritual remedies
Personalized reports
Online appointments are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
Due to the nature of digital and personalized services, we do not offer:
Refunds
Partial refunds
Cancellations after payment
Exchanges

2. No Cancellation After Booking

Once an appointment, consultation, or report has been booked and confirmed:
It cannot be cancelled
It cannot be rescheduled (unless approved by management in exceptional cases)
No refund will be issued for missed appointments

3. Incorrect Information Provided by User

We are not responsible for incorrect results caused by:
Wrong date of birth
Incorrect time of birth
Incorrect place of birth
Any inaccurate details provided by the client
No refunds will be provided in such cases.

4. Technical Issues

If there is a verified technical failure from our side preventing service delivery, we may:
Reschedule the session OR
Re-deliver the report
But no monetary refund will be issued.

5. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services may result in:
Permanent restriction from future services
Legal action if necessary
